Percipience Home Care LLC is seeking a reliable and professional Caregiver for a consistent client schedule in Des Plaines.
We are building a team of caregivers who value punctuality, responsibility, and high standards of care. This position requires a caregiver who can commit to the assigned hours without frequent absences or last-minute cancellations.
Schedule Requirements:
- 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Sunday
- 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
We strongly prefer candidates who are available to cover both morning and evening shifts. However, applicants may indicate a preference for one shift. Please note that occasional coverage of the alternate shift may be required based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care assistance
- Companionship and supervision
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
- Following individualized care plans
Qualifications:
- Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
- CNA certification is a plus but not required
- Strong attendance record
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
