New Graduates & Early‑Career Professionals
We are seeking motivated, team‑oriented individuals to join our growing organization. These entry‑level opportunities are designed to provide hands‑on experience, exposure to multiple departments, and structured career development.
Depending on your background and interests, you may support teams in Engineering, Environmental, GIS, Survey, Title, Operations, or Land Management.
Internship Opportunities (Summer 2027)
If you are currently a sophomore or junior, we encourage you to apply for our Summer 2027 Internship Program.
Professionals in these roles may participate in a variety of assignments and projects of increasing responsibility. Work is structured to build the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to succeed at a professional level, with support from leaders, mentors, and teammates.

Essential Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support project‑based work across assigned teams
- Perform data entry, data management, evaluation, and presentation
- Assist in preparing reports, plans, maps, and technical documentation
- Support field‑based assignments, as available
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Adhere to company values including integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment, and innovation
- Support the company’s mission and vision
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Internship Candidates
- Must be in the final two years of obtaining a college degree
- Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in one of the following or related disciplines:
- Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- GIS / Geography
- Environmental Science
- Energy or Land Management
- Surveying
- Other Business related degrees
- Associates Degree
- CAD Designers
- Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong technical and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to take on new responsibilities and adjust priorities as needed
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Dependent on the opportunity, we do offer office‑based with limited field exposure, or in the field positions or a combination of both.
- Regularly required to sit, use hands, and communicate verbally
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, or lift up to 25 pounds
- Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception
