- To receive leads from Perch, we do require that agents are fully available during normal weekday and Saturday business hours when apartment properties are open. Do you understand that this is not a "part-time" opportunity?
- This is a 100% commission-based role. Are you prepared to financially support yourself for 60-90 days while awaiting your first commissions?
