Wireless Enrollment Associate

We are a consulting firm based in Marlton, NJ, that is hiring a Wireless Enrollment Associate to support customer enrollment and service campaigns for major telecommunications providers. As a Wireless Enrollment Associate, you will work directly with customers to explain services, complete enrollments, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Wireless Enrollment Associate

• Speak directly with customers to explain wireless services and complete sales enrollments
• Answer customer sales questions and provide clear information about service plans and promotions
• Deliver a professional and positive customer service experience
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer enrollment records and account updates
• Work with team members during training and daily team meetings
• Meet weekly sales and customer enrollment goals

Qualifications for a Wireless Enrollment Associate

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred
• Prior Wireless Enrollment Associate experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,650.00 per week
