Role
- Provide vision, direction, and coaching for a team of Technical Product Owners supporting enterprise applications.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver solutions that move the business forward.
- Oversee end-to-end product development using Agile principles and strong SDLC discipline.
- Remove obstacles, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Stay current with Microsoft development tools (.NET, C#, SQL) and architectural best practices to guide sound technical decisions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of prior experience in Software Development, with a strong foundation in Microsoft development (.NET, C#, SQL).
- 1–3 years of experience leading teams or managing product delivery efforts.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, executable technology roadmaps.
- Fintech or Banking industry experience.
- Prefers experience with Azure DevOps.
