Software Product Owner & Manager opportunity in St. Louis, MO to lead a team driving technology strategy, system enhancements, and product innovation across key business applications. Role

• Provide vision, direction, and coaching for a team of Technical Product Owners supporting enterprise applications.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver solutions that move the business forward.
• Oversee end-to-end product development using Agile principles and strong SDLC discipline.
• Remove obstacles, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Stay current with Microsoft development tools (.NET, C#, SQL) and architectural best practices to guide sound technical decisions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of prior experience in Software Development, with a strong foundation in Microsoft development (.NET, C#, SQL).
• 1–3 years of experience leading teams or managing product delivery efforts.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, executable technology roadmaps.
• Fintech or Banking industry experience.
• Prefers experience with Azure DevOps.
