As a CNC Machinist II, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, editing G-code programs, conducting inspections, and performing routine troubleshooting. Join a industry leader that takes great care of their employees!*Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines with minimal supervisionEdit G-code programs for offsets and quality adjustmentsPerform first-piece and in-process inspectionsUse precision measurement tools and interpret blueprints (including GD&T)Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S standardsCollaborate with engineers and team members to resolve production issuesAssist in training and mentoring less experienced machinistsQualifications4 years of CNC machining experience, including setup and operationStrong blueprint reading skills and familiarity with GD&TExperience with tooling adjustments and G-code editsSkilled in precision measurement and quality inspectionsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferredExperience with both milling and turning is a plusCompany DescriptionPerceptive Recruiting has strong relationships in the IT and Technology industry and we'll connect you with right hiring managers!
