This team works on a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, multifamily, healthcare, and resort projects. Candidates must have demonstrated experience managing at least one full civil design project from start to finish.

Requirements:
- PE license required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- 5–10 years of civil engineering design experience at a civil consulting firm
- Proven ability to manage a full civil project from kickoff to closeout
- Experience preparing complete construction document sets
- Strong client communication and business development skills
- Ability to work on-site in Asheville, NC
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
