Qualifications:
- Experience in third party compliance audit (regulatory requirements)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state consumer financial laws (UDAAP, Truth in Lending - TILA, Truth in Advertising, ECOA, Consumer Harm, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Lending Act, Regulation E, Regulation Z)
