- Provide clinical counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and groups, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and behavioral therapy.
- Assist with crisis intervention and crisis management to ensure patient safety and stability during urgent situations.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate case management, discharge planning, and post-acute care arrangements.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including detailed notes on patient progress, treatment plans, and compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentialit
