Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale data center projects in the Dallas area. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring project schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, ideally within the data centre or mission-critical sector.
- Strong background working with subcontractors, particularly in electrical and/or HVAC disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead field operations, coordinate with project management teams, and maintain exceptional safety and quality control.
- Open to candidates based anywhere in Texas (not limited to Dallas).
