Utility Installation Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Benton Harbor, MI (Onsite – assigned closest location)
Duration: 12-month W2 Contract
Pay: $32.14/hr (W2)
Schedule: Flexible hours between 7 AM – 5 PM

About the Role:
Join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist supporting new utility installations. You’ll guide customers from initial inquiry through service activation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary customer contact during new installations
• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and completion
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Educate customers on utility services and energy efficiency
• Resolve customer concerns and improve overall experience
Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Utility or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Salary : $30 - $32
