As a Technical Training Manager, you will be expected to develop, implement and oversee technical training programs.
- Other responsiblities include, but not limited to:
- Design and develop technical training materials, courses, and certification programs (in-person, virtual, and e-learning)
- Ensure that technical teams are equipped with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices to achieve organizational goals and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Plan, schedule, and manage all technical training sessions and resources.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to update training content.
- Analyze learning data to refine programs and improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Technical training role.
- Developing and delivering training programs in the following areas: Air Traffic Control, Open- Source Intelligence or specific technical products.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.EEO
