We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SIGINT Analyst to join our team at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), supporting the Air Combat Command (ACC). The SIGINT Analyst will play a critical role in conducting Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis, providing actionable intelligence to support operational and strategic objectives. This position requires expertise in SIGINT collection, processing, and analysis, as well as the ability to integrate SIGINT data into multi-intelligence (Multi-INT) fusion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and exploit SIGINT data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable intelligence.
- Integrate SIGINT data with other intelligence disciplines (e.g., GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to support Multi-INT Fusion and ISR operations.
- Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery.
- Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them.
- Maintain proficiency in SIGINT tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience Level: At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in SIGINT collection, processing, and analysis.
- Familiarity with SIGINT tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
- Strong understanding of SIGINT platforms, collection methods, and analytical tradecraft.
- Skills:
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Air Combat Command (ACC) or similar ISR organizations.
- Knowledge of Multi-INT Fusion and operational-level intelligence planning.
- Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government SIGINT analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
- Familiarity with advanced SIGINT tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
- Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in SIGINT analysis.
