This is a full-time, on-site role for a Satcom Specialist located in Fayetteville, NC. The Satcom Specialist will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of satellite communication systems to ensure optimal performance. Key duties include monitoring satellite operations, performing system diagnostics, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to established protocols are integral parts of the role.

• Proficient technical knowledge in satellite communication systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Satcom equipment
• Strong ability to identify and resolve issues with system performance through diagnostic tools and methodologies
• Experience in security compliance and adherence to relevant industry standards
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to satellite communication systems
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
• Current security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence
