Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to support our customer onsite in Springfield, VA:
- Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
- Diagnoses, identifies, isolates and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records. May route calls to product line specialists.
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
- Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
- Performs basic PC, PBX, and network software programming.
Qualifications
- Requires High School diploma plus some advanced training; Minimum of 3 years
- Requires an active TS/SCI level clearance

Target Salary Range
$39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.EEO
