Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assembly Technician role based in Fort Worth, TX. The Assembly Technician will assemble performance wheelchairs and related components according to specifications, work instructions, and safety standards. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools to fit, align, and secure parts; performing basic mechanical adjustments; and following detailed assembly drawings or production plans. The role involves inspecting completed assemblies for quality, identifying and correcting defects, and documenting work as required. The Assembly Technician will also help maintain a clean, organized work area, collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, and support continuous improvement in processes and product quality.

Qualifications
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for precise mechanical work and safe, efficient assembly.
- Experience in mechanical assembly, including reading and following assembly instructions, diagrams, or blueprints.
- Skills in soldering and related light fabrication tasks, or willingness to learn with guidance.
- Background in quality control, including visual inspection, measurement, and basic documentation of findings.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move components as needed, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or mobility equipment is a plus.
