The associate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s investor relations efforts in the US, helping to strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective limited partners (LPs). - Serving as an initial point of contact for investor queries and ensuring timely, high-quality communication across the IR function
- Coordinating responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and maintaining standard firm materials and information repositories
- Supporting investor reporting and quarterly update processes, collaborating closely with the finance and investment teams
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing and fundraising materials, including presentations and investor documentation
- Maintaining and updating the firm’s CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking of investor engagement and activity
- Supporting event coordination, including investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences
- Conducting research and analysis on investor trends and new relationship opportunities
- A bachelor’s degree with several years of relevant experience in private equity, investor relations, investment banking, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to build and manage investor relationships effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with comfort handling investor-facing responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- A self-motivated and collaborative team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced, globally integrated environment
- Please note that the salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000
