Per Sé Group is hiring a Land Analyst to join one of the nation’s premier renewable energy developers and operators. With over 7 gigawatts of wind, solar, and energy storage assets in operation, this long-term contract position supports lease administration and royalty management across a growing clean energy portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring experience in division order, lease payment processing, and landowner relations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for landowners regarding lease payments, address changes, and other lease administration activities
Determine division of interest, calculate royalties, and ensure timely payments using S4 Hana REFX module
Review title opinions, probates, and legal documents to determine ownership
Support budgeting and forecasting for lease payments across operational and development assets
Interface with developers, landmen, attorneys, accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve ownership discrepancies
Maintain and update ownership records and obligations in accounting systems
Work with Vendor Management to set up new vendors and process intercompany payments
Assist in process improvement and documentation of administrative procedures
Support compliance by maintaining and executing contract obligations in the management system
Preferred Skills and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Energy Management, Business, or Law; or 5 years equivalent experience
Prior Division Order Analyst (DOI) experience strongly preferred
2 years of experience in accounting, operations, or business administration in a corporate setting
Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of accounting and procurement concepts
Experience managing and analyzing large data sets
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Desired: 7 years in royalty management or title analysis, Juris Doctor or Paralegal certification, and experience with S4 Hana REFX
