Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for GATE ATTENDANT - SECURITY OFFICERS in the Iowa City, Iowa area.
Pay:
$19.50 an hour.
Paid Bi-Weekly.
Shift:
(3:00 PM - 10:30 PM) Wednesday -Saturday
(2:00 PM - 8:30 PM) Sunday
OFF Monday & Tuesday
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must successfully pass a State of Iowa background check, motor vehicle report, and a 4-panel drug screen.
- Must be comfortable using a tablet and its functions for job-related tasks.
- Must be comfortable with frequent customer interactions throughout the shift.
- Must accurately count outbound loads.
- Must provide excellent customer service.
- Must have strong attention to detail when inspecting vehicles, semis, trailers, etc.
- Must be reliable—excessive absenteeism will not be tolerated.
- Must refrain from using personal devices during the shift.
- Must be able to work in inclement weather and tolerate extreme temperatures at times during the shift.
- Preferred previous experience in security, customer service, or construction materials.
In-Person Interviews & Onboarding will be conducted at the Cedar Rapids Branch. - No Exceptions.
