Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor campus to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Respond to calls for service from students and staff.
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
- Address issues regarding suspicious or criminal acts.
- Report any facility issues to the appropriate department.
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations.
- Other duties as assigned by site supervisor.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen.
- A valid drivers license and driving record that meets company policy.
- Either possess an IL PERC license, or meet state requirements to obtain one.
- Ability to handle physical duties of the position.
- Strong attention to detail.
