Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Operations team to support daily functions.
- Report time, maintain daily activity logs, and complete service reports.
- Oversee scheduling and management of security officers.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Be available to work any open shift to ensure seamless coverage.
- Foster a positive work environment by respectfully interacting with Per Mar Security Services’ internal and external customers, including clients, prospective customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct, always acting lawfully, ethically, honestly, and professionally, and following all company policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Management experience, preferably in a security environment.
- Previous security industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to obtain a Security Officer License as required by state laws.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
