ABOUT THE COMPANY

POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking an experienced engineering leader in embedded systems, specializing in power electronics, power management, and digital controls. This role involves leading a team to develop, test, and document firmware and software for high-voltage power supplies. Requires collaboration with global teams, supporting business development, and strong leadership in RTOS and bare-metal firmware.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead embedded systems development for high-voltage power supplies.
- Manage firmware/software design, implementation, and testing.
- Oversee technical documentation and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with global engineering, sales, and business teams.
- Drive innovation in embedded systems, including DSPs, MCUs, and FPGAs.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and team development.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- 15 years of experience in power conversion and management.
- Expertise in high-voltage power conversion technology.
- Strong background in power electronics, analogue circuit design, and firmware development.
- Experience in leading an engineering team in a global organization.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
