Infusion, Registered NurseStanford Health Care is seeking an Infusion (ITA) Registered Nurse to work 13-week assignment/ 40-hour work week/8- hour day shift. Details: Hiring manager looking for at least 3 years of experience in a setting that handles a significant amount of infusion (can be inpatient or outpatient). Experience with administration of IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, blood products and other types of infusions. Experience with handling of hazardous medication. Experience with management of hypersensitivity reaction. Strong IV access skills (peripheral, PICC, and port).Chemo-biotherapy certification is not required but is a plus.Pay: Stanford pays on experience. Pay for this position $3238.10-$3408.10 gross weekly, based on a 40-hour work week. Paid weekly!Education Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred.Requirements:Active CA licenseActive BLS and ACLS (AHA)3 years of experience handling a significant amount of infusionsEPIC Skills Previous travel assignment. PREFERRED: BSNPREFERRERD. ONS cert. preferred. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.· Ability to recognize and manage hypersensitivity reactions, extravasations, and other infusion-related complications.· Knowledge and application of ONS best practices for safe hazardous drug handling, PPE use, spill management, and exposure prevention.· Competent in infusion pump operation, emergency response protocols, and anaphylaxis management.· Excellent communication and patient education skills.· High level of organization, multitasking ability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements· Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed (e.g., infusion equipment, assist patients).· Required use of PPE when handling hazardous medications.Per Diem Staffing Systems is one of California's leading healthcare staffing agencies.
