What are the responsibilities and job description for the PBNA Settlement SAP Deployment Resource – West Division position at PepsiCo?
PepsiCo is in the process of converting 150 backend systems to SAP, and PBNA West Division is preparing for the conversion across manufacturing plants, DSD satellite warehouses, and Cross Dock facilities. The SAP Conversion Deployment Resources will provide onsite support to locations when they go live, to include system testing, retraining, troubleshooting, receiving and actioning site feedback, liaising with SAP subject matter experts, etc. This role will require traveling to locations and remaining onsite for days or a few weeks at a time during portions of the go-live period and hypercare, which may include weekend work for cutover activities (expected no more than one weekend a period).
The chosen candidates are expected to have experience in PBNA Cashier/Settlement Operations, with a preference for having held a cashier/settlement role.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within settlement operations
- Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution
- Ensure overall quality in system testing
- Support end user activity including user acceptance testing and end user training
- Validation of site layout maps for pre-go-live configuration
- Support identification of defects and gaps in SAP/EWM vs PBNA requirements during testing, training, and deployment, and communicate to PBNA project team to address
- Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to leadership
- Provide deployment and post-go-live support to the locations

Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $62,700 to $104,850 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
