Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
Mechanical curiosity and a strong desire to learn technical skills
Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience in technical support, maintenance, or service roles
Exposure to electrical systems and basic troubleshooting
Familiarity with handheld diagnostic tools or mobile service apps
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service locations
Coursework or certification in electronics, mechanics, or technical maintenance
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on vending machines, coolers, and related equipment
Diagnose and resolve technical issues; escalate complex repairs when needed
Coordinate with team members and leadership to meet service schedules and urgent repair needs
Accurately document service activities, parts usage, and equipment status
Deliver top-tier customer service by clearly communicating repair updates and timelines
