Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking motivated candidates for our Manager in Training (MIT) program. This role provides hands-on experience across key business functions and prepares individuals for future leadership roles within the organization.
Responsibilities
Complete a structured training program across operations, sales, and/or merchandising
Support daily operations and supervise frontline employees
Analyze performance metrics and assist with process improvements
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and Pepsi brand expectations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Strong leadership potential and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
