POSITION SUMMARY
Prepare food in-house within our commercial kitchen and and execute on-site catering events in partnership with the Catering Lead and all food-service team members.

Prepare food in-house within our commercial kitchen and and execute on-site catering events in partnership with the Catering Lead and all food-service team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare food for all catering events within our on-site commercial kitchen.
- Help load and unload food and service equipment for all catering events.
- Deliver and set up and work all catering events in partnership with the Catering Lead and all food-service team members..
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, clean and break down all service equipment after catering events.
- Work well with others in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Previous foodservice preparation experience preferred.
ABILITIES
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
- Review and adhere to all Pepsi of Florence and Pee Dee Food Services policies, including safety.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail/accuracy.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be physically and mentally able to successfully perform the essential elements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to hear, talk, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds
- Vision requirements to do this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to safely lift to 25 pounds frequently.
- Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and move your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling various products.
