Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to join our team!

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages, producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Weekend Supervisor Role Overview

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manages merchandisers to ensure that all products are merchandised in a timely manner.
- Performs full range of managerial duties for employees supervised including payroll administration, coaching/counseling, hiring, terminating, and employee development.
- Follows up on missing invoices.
- Completes market surveys.
- Communicates with store managers regarding issues.
- Performs route rides.
- Ensures proper rotation of product.
- Identifies training and developmental needs for merchandisers.
- Ensures all shelves, barrels, and coolers are built and maintained.
- Ensures that all paperwork is completed properly.
- Ensures that proper staffing levels and scheduling levels are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
