QC Supervisor Role Overview
Provides day-to-day supervision of Quality Control department and functions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provides direction to Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians.
- Ensures all syrup, ingredient, and product testing is performed according to guidelines.
- Ensures all lab equipment is calibrated according to guidelines.
- Ensures all concentrate and raw materials are inventoried accurately.
- Maintains accurate record keeping.
- Fills in for syrup blenders and Quality Control Technicians when necessary.
- Provides back-up for the Quality Control Technician and manages Quality Control department in the Quality Control Manager’s absence.
- Responsible for Food Safety where applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
