About the Role
As an Inside Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle — from discovery to demo to close — while working a high-velocity motion supported by two dedicated BDRs feeding you qualified opportunities. This role is perfect for sellers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy high demo volume, and are motivated by uncapped earnings and rapid promotion opportunities.
Fully ramped AEs close 14 deals per month, and top performers significantly exceed OTE through accelerators and volume.
What You’ll Do
- Run daily demos with inbound-qualified prospects
- Deliver clear, compelling product presentations tailored to restaurant operators
- Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data
- Collaborate with BDRs, onboarding, and product teams
- Achieve and exceed monthly quota (6 → 8 → 12 → 14 deals/month after ramp)
- Provide consultative selling based on ROI, revenue impact, and performance outcomes
- Participate in ongoing coaching and team development
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of SaaS closing experience, ideally in high-velocity environments
- Proven track record of quota attainment or overperformance
- Strong demo ability and consultative sales style
- Confident, energetic, and personable communicator
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Comfortable working onsite at our Irvine HQ
- High drive, competitiveness, and hunger to advance your career
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience selling into restaurants or hospitality
- Background in marketing tech, CRM, or SMB SaaS
- Startup or early-stage sales experience
- Restaurant industry experience (front-of-house, back-of-house, or management)
