Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Pressure Washer / Soft Wash Technician to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and involves cleaning a wide range of residential and commercial properties using professional-grade equipment and proven techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing and soft washing services on:
- Homes, roofs, siding, and stucco
- Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and pool decks
- Storefronts, commercial buildings, and HOAs
- Clean windows, gutters, and exterior surfaces to a high standard
- Remove mold, mildew, algae, dirt, grime, gum, and stains safely and effectively
- Properly mix and apply cleaning solutions (training provided)
- Protect customer property (cover plants, secure areas, prevent damage) — a key part of our service standards
- Complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job site
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after jobs

- Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying conditions
- Comfortable using ladders and working with roofs when needed
