Qualifications
- Customer Support & Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail, organized and able to multitask and prioritize work
- Proficiency in ENGLISH & SPANISH
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries effectively
- Previous experience in sales or food service industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders from business clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings.
- Interact with clients via phone, email, and live chat/messaging to provide personalized assistance and answer inquiries.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor orders according to their specific needs & preferences.
- Monitor product availability and inform clients about stock levels, potential shortages, and estimated delivery times.
- Address client concerns, maintain accurate records of client interactions, resolve complaints, and work closely with other departments to ensure prompt solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell related products and introduce clients to new offerings that align with their business needs.
- Gather feedback from clients to provide insights for improving products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales team, logistics, and warehouse personnel to streamline order fulfillment and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine housekeeping in work area including desk, office, and bathrooms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
