Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations at all times.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining guest confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience serving is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours in a nightclub setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective guest relations.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
