Counter Person
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders and fulfill customer requests in a timely manner
- Handle credit card/cash transactions and provide accurate change
- Work with Technicians to provide parts estimates
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Use retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and sales tax
- Utilize Excel or other software for inventory management
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a retail or dealership environment preferred not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
