What are the responsibilities and job description for the VIP Transportation - Driver position at Peppermill & Western Village?
The VIP Transportation Agent is responsible for providing prompt, professional, safe and courteous transportation services to our higher-level casino guests. Agents also maintain condition and appearance of company vehicles.
This position is part-time.
Duties:
- Review and plan all upcoming transportation runs.
- Operate vehicles in a safe, professional manner.
- Communicate with Bell Desk/Bell Captain throughout shift.
- Assist all hotel guests by providing information about events, directions, etc.
- Assist VIP guests with luggage
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of VIP Company vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma, G.E.D or college degree preferred.
- Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board and a valid Alcohol Awareness Card
- Must be able to maintain a valid driver license.
- Must be able to work as part of a team to accomplish goals
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
