Job Summary:
The Remodel Laborer is responsible for supporting Peppermill Engineering and/or sub-contractors during remodel or renovation projects on Peppermill properties.
Essential Functions:
The Remodel Laborer is responsible for supporting Peppermill Engineering and/or sub-contractors during remodel or renovation projects on Peppermill properties.
Essential Functions:
- Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift
- Have basic knowledge of the following skills:
- Work efficiently and safely with all hand tools
- Work efficiently and safely with all power tools
- Deliver materials to worksites and dispose of materials when necessary
- Store items properly throughout property
- General labor work
- Assess areas and determine if any repair or upkeep are necessary
- Respond promptly to the needs of guests and company
- Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to proper management.
- Attend and successfully complete all training courses and requirements.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.
- Have previous experience or general awareness of labor/remodel work
