Essential Functions:
- Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift
- Must be capable of maintaining restaurant, kitchen and bar equipment.
- Have basic knowledge of:
- Work efficiently and safely with all hand and power tools.
- Establish an effective maintenance schedule on all restaurant, bar, and kitchen equipment.
- Instillation of new equipment
- Ensure reliability of back up equipment for emergencies.
- Work around electrical, water, and gas feed lines.
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED or trade school equivalent required.
- Experience in basic plumbing, electrical and metal fabrication.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Be organized, flexible and multitasked oriented and maintain a high level of confidence while working under deadline pressures.
