What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bell Person position at Peppermill Resort Hotel?
The Bell Person is responsible for providing specialized guest services by assisting with guest ushering, luggage transportation, guest mail and limousine services.
Duties:
Transport luggage, show hotel rooms, escort guests, deliver room keys and assist in room moves.
Assist guests with shipping and receiving packages.
Maintain road condition information for guests and employees.
Drive authorized guests in limousines as directed by the Bell Captain
Assist Bell Dispatcher by answering guest questions and phone calls.
Report all conditions of limousines to Bell Captain.
Clean and maintain bell carts, storage areas, and limos.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card within 30 days of employment.
Valid Nevada driver’s license that has been active for at least one year.
Able to work any day of the week and any shift
Knowledge of nearby destinations and directions to them.
Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
