Shift Manager

**Job Summary:**The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and staff during a designated shift. This individual will ensure excellent customer service, efficient restaurant operations, and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.**Qualifications:**- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.**Responsibilities:**- Manage and lead the shift team to deliver excellent customer service.- Monitor and enforce all food safety procedures and cleanliness standards.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.- Train and develop team members on company policies and procedures.- Create and maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.- Collaborate with the management team to improve operations and implement new initiatives.- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.**Work Environment:**The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects. This role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.
