You must be 18 or older and able to work a restaurant leadership schedule based on the needs of the restaurant.

- Keep the team organized and focused when things get busy.
- Help resolve guest concerns and make sure guests leave with a positive experience.
- Communicate problems, staffing needs, and opportunities to restaurant management.
- Hold yourself and your teammates accountable to expectations.
- Help open, operate, and close the restaurant according to PepperJax standards.
