What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Services Associate position at Pepperell Braiding Company?
As an Order Processing Associate with Pepperell Braiding Company, you will support our Customer Operations and assist with day-to-day customer operations, with a primary focus on managing retail website orders and handling incoming phone/email inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders received through our website and over the phone
- Import website and TikTok Shop orders into Sage throughout the day
- Review flagged orders for address discrepancies or potential fraud
- Help maintain accurate online inventory availability
- Work with the sales and shipping teams to resolve basic customer inquiries
- Answer incoming calls to our customer service line
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and shipping
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily customer operations
Training will be provided on all internal systems and processes, including Sage ERP. This position offers the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities over time.
Staff hours for this position will be 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. This is an in-person position at our Pepperell, MA location.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
