We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role will oversee daily operations for preparing shipments, receiving incoming materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This individual will be responsible for meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
This position will be based in Waukegan and report to the Operations Supervisor. It requires an individual who can build strong cross-functional partnerships with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics teams.

Pay Rate: $20 to $25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment.
- Prepare shipping documentation (FedEx, UPS, LTL).
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify counts and quality.
- Log incoming and outgoing shipments into ERP system.
- Maintain clean, organized shipping and receiving areas.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
- Follow safety, quality, and security procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- 1 year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
- Experience with FedEx/UPS systems preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Education Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3 years of experience
- Prior team lead experience preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass E-Verify employment eligibility verification
