Key Responsibilities:
- Order Pulling:
Retrieve items from inventory based on order slips - Packing:
Inspect items for quality and accuracy, then securely pack them using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit - Shipping:
Generate shipping labels, weigh packages, and prepare them for pickup by carriers - Inventory Management:
Assist with stock counts, report low inventory levels, and help maintain an organized warehouse. - Quality Control:
Ensure all orders are accurate and meet company standards before shipment. - Safety & Cleanliness:
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with moderate noise levels
- May involve repetitive tasks and physical activity
- Fast-paced environment with daily shipping deadlines
- Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm shift. Overtime will be required seasonally.
