Coming from Tokyo, Japan; Pepper Lunch is an international brand starting to grow their American foothold here! Our Frisco location will be the very first Pepper Lunch in Texas. An internet sensation, our fast-casual teppanyaki concept specializes in a delectably aromatic sizzing beef plate that inspires our saying "Sizzle it your way!"
Brought to you by the same restaurant group that operates JINYA Ramen Bar, we strive for excellence in everything we do, as we believe that great service translates to a fun and positive work environment! Our company offers growth from within- managers within our company have all started with us and grown to become strong leaders within the restaurant industry.
Expectations within this role include but are not limited to:
-Serving guests with positivity and a sense of urgency.
-Maintaining the dining room space to a high standard through cleanliness and organization.
-Being able to talk to guests and upsell add-ons.
-Bringing guests hot food in a safe manner with consideration to self, other team members, and the guest.
-Conduct cash transactions in a accurate manner.
-Providing excellent guest service with a "guest-first" mindset.
-Assist guests with placing orders through a kiosk system.
-Learn and assist guests with placing orders through Toast.
