Position Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Senior Associate to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for a visually driven, versatile creator with strong skills in both video production and photography. You’ll play a key role in producing photo and video content for our website, social media, and marketing channels. This position combines hands-on production with creative, cross-functional work—perfect for someone ready to help define the caliber of content Pepper Home puts into the world.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceive, shoot, and edit both photography and video content for use across the web, social, and paid media
2. Oversee the production process from concept through final delivery—shot lists, filming/shooting, editing, etc
3. Capture product photography alongside supporting video content
4. Support eCommerce updates: uploading photo and video assets, ensuring visual accuracy across product pages
5. Organize and archive photography, video, UGC, and press assets for brand use
6. Collaborate with marketing and social teams to maintain consistent brand aesthetics and technical quality
7. Stay current on content trends across platforms and bring recommendations to the team
8. Collaborate with Social Media team to create and test content built specifically for Instagram and TikTok

Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years of experience in both video production and photography
2. Content creation experience at a DTC, consumer brand, or agency would be ideal
3. Strong editing skills and hands-on camera/lighting experience across both video and photography
4. Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; bonus if you have experience with Figma, Klaviyo, and Air
5. Strong understanding of photography and video principles, with a focus on maintaining color accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
6. Strong working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, with a track record of creating and testing photo and video content built for how each platform performs
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
8. Excited to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and comfortable wearing multiple hats

 Key Details:

1. Full-time position based in Austin, TX  
2. Hybrid schedule: 3 in-office days per week 
3. Salary range: $68,000-$90,000 (based on experience and skillset)
