Key Responsibilities
- Assist with construction, installation, repair, demolition, and temporary structures.
- Load, unload, move, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
- Support concrete, formwork, framing, excavation, site logistics, and general construction activities.
- Read and follow plans, drawings, and field direction as applicable.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and craft professionals.
- Follow all company, project, and safety requirements.
- Commercial construction, carpentry, laborer, or related trade experience preferred.
- Ability to work safely in active construction environments and varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods is a plus.
