Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking and plating as needed
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Clear tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure quick service delivery
- Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols at all times
- Support kitchen staff with basic prep work when required
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast-food restaurant environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
