Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily technical operations, providing hands-on network support while managing the vital logistics and inventory that keep our systems running. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for customer networks, ensuring high uptime and user satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of support activities; create and update internal knowledge base guides and technical documentation.
- Interoperability Testing / Protocol Validation : Coordinate and execute testing protocols to ensure hardware and software meet the specific technical requirements of major carriers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Vodafone). Support regional field trials by analyzing drive-test data, ensure devices correctly implement carrier-specific features, and resolving issues in live environments..
- Operational Coordination: Ensure the success of daily on-site operations by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Inventory & Logistics: Manage hardware inventory and stock levels. Oversee the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process and coordinate logistics between various office locations.
- Adaptability: Perform additional technical or administrative duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the department.
What We Need
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will also be considered).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in network support, IT helpdesk, or a related technical role. (Entry-level candidates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certifications: While not required, knowledge of or progress toward industry certifications is a significant plus.
