What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front End Loader Operator/ Yard Manager position at Pepin Precast, Inc.?
Pepin Precast is currently looking to add a skilled front end loader operator to our team. This person will be operating fairly new Volvo L90 Front end loader, as well as a large forklift to move precast concrete products to and from inventory. This persons main tasks will be putting products into inventory and loading trucks for delivery based on sales order slips.
Other tasks will include keeping the yard well organized, keeping all product and materials stored neatly and safely, helping keep up with inventory management, unloading deliveries, as well as loading customers and helping with other tasks around the yard.
Previous experience running a front end loader is a must have as this person will be moving heavy concrete products and must be able to do so safely and efficiently. Someone with previous excavation, or precast experience is preferred. Skills in welding and fabricating or a CDL is a bonus. Starting pay will be based of qualifications and experience.
This is a very fast paced work environment, this person must be physically capable of climbing in and out of the loader and other equipment throughout the day to help with rigging, loading, strapping down loads, and more.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
