In Sales, this is what we do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market expansion across Pepi Foods’ service areas
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance business development efforts and promote long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the catering and convenience solutions market.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance, providing regular reports to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage sales pipelines, track client interactions, and optimize sales processes.
- Oversee negotiation and closing processes to secure contracts that align with Pepi Foods’ financial and operational goals.
- Ensure sales activities reflect Pepi Foods’ commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in senior sales leadership role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the food service, catering, or related industry.

Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerBI, and other applications. Ability to quickly learn additional internal software as needed.

Strong experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools.
